I aim to get your goodies on their way as quickly as possible! Most orders (excluding custom creations) will be shipped within 1-7 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery, depending on your location. It does not typically take that long, that is just to allow for any delays, etc.

Before you complete your order, please take a moment to double-check your address—it’s super important! If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, I won’t be able to take responsibility for packages that head off to the wrong place.

Once your package is handed off to USPS, it’s officially out of my hands and on its way to you! While I’m here to help when I can, any lost mail will need to be reported directly to USPS.

I do offer restocks from time to time, especially for popular items like my watercolors and certain necklaces. These beauties might make a return if they’re loved enough! However, when it comes to earrings, custom pieces, and pendants, I never create two of the same. Each one is unique, just like you!

I’m all about quality and care when selecting the metals for my pendants! I do my best to source hypoallergenic and lead-free materials, so you can wear your jewelry with peace of mind. That said, not all of my metals are tarnish-free, so to keep your pieces looking as beautiful and vibrant as the day you received them, they’ll need a little extra TLC.
To help keep your jewelry shining, I recommend storing it in a cool, dry place and avoiding exposure to water, lotions, or harsh chemicals. Treat your pieces with love, and they’ll stay gorgeous for years to come!
