I aim to get your goodies on their way as quickly as possible! Most orders (excluding custom creations) will be shipped within 1-7 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery, depending on your location. It does not typically take that long, that is just to allow for any delays, etc.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, don't hesitate to reach out—I'm here to help and make sure you feel the love every step of the way! 

Before you complete your order, please take a moment to double-check your address—it’s super important! If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, I won’t be able to take responsibility for packages that head off to the wrong place.

Spotted a mistake? No problem! Shoot me an email within 24-48 hours (or before your order ships) with the correct details, and I’ll do my best to update it. I do try to catch small errors when prepping shipments, but bigger issues (like incorrect apartment or house numbers) might slip through.

This also applies to your email address! If you don’t see a confirmation email within 24 hours of ordering, please let me know. That way, I can make sure you get all the important updates and tracking info for your order.

Once your package is handed off to USPS, it’s officially out of my hands and on its way to you! While I’m here to help when I can, any lost mail will need to be reported directly to USPS.

If the damage is due to USPS not following the fragile or "handle with care" stickers all over your package, I’ll take responsibility and make sure we get things sorted for you!

Accidents happen, and when they do, I’ve got you covered! I offer jewelry repairs for a flat fee of $15, and I’ll take care of shipping and handling both ways. As a little extra sparkle, your repaired piece will arrive back home with some fun goodies—because you deserve it!
